Thank you for shopping with AOA Athletics. Please review our store policies before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
EXCHANGES
We allow one size exchange per item, per order.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
All items being exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains, marks, scents or damage, with tags attached and in their original condition and packaging.
Once a size exchange has been completed, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again for another size.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval by AOA Athletics.
Customers are responsible for any delivery or courier costs associated with an exchange, unless the item received was incorrect or defective due to an error on our part.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final.
AOA Athletics does not offer cash refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.
Where applicable, an eligible item may be exchanged in accordance with our exchange policy.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale, promotion or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for exchange unless the customer received an incorrect or defective item.
Please ensure that you select the correct size before completing your purchase.
ORDER INSPECTION
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order as soon as it is received.
If you receive an incorrect item or notice a defect, please contact AOA Athletics as soon as possible and provide photos or videos where necessary.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery will not qualify for an exchange.
DELIVERY
AOA Athletics offers delivery throughout Trinidad & Tobago.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability and demand.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and contact details when placing an order.
AOA Athletics cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
SIZING
Please review our available sizing information before placing your order.
Our activewear may offer varying levels of stretch and compression depending on the style. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to assist.
Sizing recommendations are provided as guidance; the customer’s final size selection remains their responsibility.
ITEM CONDITION
For hygiene and quality purposes, returned items must be in original, resalable condition.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup, perfume, body odour, stains, damage or alterations will not be accepted for exchange.
AOA Athletics reserves the right to refuse an exchange if an item does not meet these conditions.
